Thomas Friis Nielsen
Thomas is the founder and managing partner of Friis Consultancy LLC. He has worked with corporate commercial law since 2007 and is specialized in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution from his time at one of Denmark´s biggest law firms, Plesner. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been located in Dubai, where he has assisted Danish as well as international clients with setting up companies in the UAE, employment law, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, acquisitions of companies, property and lease law.
In his spare time Thomas enjoys playing padel tennis and reading books about historical events. Traveling to exotic destinations is also among his interests.

Frederik Herholdt Wirnfeldt
Frederik has a master’s degree in law and legal intern from Friis Consultancy FZCO. Frederik already has work experience from his employment as a law student. at TVC Advokatfirma and Advokatfirmaet Tommy V. Christiansen, where he has primarily worked with tax law and general business law.
Education: Cand.jur., Aarhus University (2020) and Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. Languages: English, Chinese, and Danish.
